"The tale" is a personal reflection about fate, love, work and fleeting time.
From popular music to old pictures, the play finds its origin in authentic family stories. Thus, a young girl, a widow, a priest, a young man and Baltazar are involved. Audience’s imagination is stimulated through symbolic speeches and pictures.
Some village rites punctuate the play. We come across a variety of events: a feast, a wedding, a funeral and some prayers to the sound of either an accordion, a clarinet or songs.
