The Show:
Three Romanian people go West hoping for a better life. A most banal topic if one considers that Romania, with its 4.5 million of emigrants, pursues Syria. What about all the others who stayed in their country ? They have been trying to dismiss the past for 30 years, with not such a success. Those who cannot do it, on the contrary, take refuge in it. Many are disappointed: the old ones because of nostalgia, the younger ones because of curiosity. Only one thing is sure: it is easier to take out people from communism than the communism from people. Fortunately, Romanian humor, sometimes dark, sometimes absurd, can fight adversity.
