This European training course will offer to the participants the opportunity to discover and practice the basic techniques of vocal work. It will first focus on breathing and techniques, on the muscular and phonatory apparatus. It will lead participants to experience their body as their own musical instrument. It will then propose specific exercises of body/voice rhythm and choral scores. The last phase of the work will be dedicated to songs from different traditions. Stefania Lo Russo lives and works in Milan (Italy). She was trained in singing by the master Matteo Carminati. She participates in many European projects and has been in charge of the Singing and Voice Workshop of the Rencontres du Jeune Théâtre Européen of Grenoble since 2016. She is a member of the Young European Theater Network.
